HOW DO YOU WIN A JACKPOT PRIZE?

Firstly, players must opt in to the Cooler Jackpot via the in-app pop-up.

Then play at any KKPoker cash game table (NLH, Flash-NLH, AOF-NLH, PLO5, PLO6, 6+) and hit an eligible hand.

The ‘Cooler Jackpot’ prize structure is used if two or more players qualify for a Jackpot hand.

JACKPOT RULES

Eligible Hands:

NLH, FLASH-NLH & AOF-NLH: Lose with AAATT (Full House) or better

PLO5: Lose with TTTT (Quads) or better

PLO6: Lose with AAAA (Quads) or better

6+: Lose with 6666 (Quads) or better

Two hole cards must be used when making the qualifying five-card hand.

You cannot fold your hand.

During a ‘Run it Multi-Times’ scenario, only the first run can hit a Jackpot hand. The second and third runs are ineligible.

During a Double Board scenario, only the top board can trigger a Cooler Jackpot. The bottom board will not qualify, even if a Cooler Jackpot Hand is made.

Only a player who has opted in to the Cooler Jackpot and paid the Cooler Jackpot Fee shall be eligible to receive a Cooler Jackpot Prize in respect of that hand.

Players who stand up or leave the table before the hand ends do not qualify for the prize, regardless of any Cooler Jackpot Fee paid at the start of the hand.

HOW ARE THE JACKPOT PRIZES CALCULATED?

Cooler Jackpot Prizes will be calculated according to: Cooler Jackpot prize pool × the prize percentage corresponding to the table’s blinds or ante.

Cooler Jackpot Prize distribution ratio:

Loser(s) : Winner(s) : Other Player(s) = 50% : 30% : 20%

The player with the strongest Cooler Jackpot Hand at showdown is the Winner, the player with the second-strongest Cooler Jackpot Hand at showdown is the Loser, and the remaining players are treated as Other Players.

If no eligible player exists for a specific prize category, that prize portion will remain in the Cooler Jackpot prize pool. For example, if the Winner has not opted in to the Cooler Jackpot, the 30% Winner prize portion will not be distributed to any other player and will remain in the Cooler Jackpot prize pool.

HOW IS THE JACKPOT PRIZE COLLECTED?

At the beginning of each hand, all players who have opted in to Cooler Jackpot with hole cards will have a Cooler Jackpot Fee deducted from the player’s wallet balance. The amount of Cooler Jackpot Fee deducted will correspond to the table’s blind or ante level.

Please note: Cooler Jackpot Fee is independant of Kings Jackpot Fee; and Cooler Jackpot Fee will be taken before Kings Jackpot Fee, if players are opted in to both Jackpots.

Yes, tap on the Jackpot banner in the KKPoker app to view recent Jackpot hands, as well as the biggest Jackpot prize awarded in the previous 48 hours.

Can I win a poker Jackpot in tournaments?

No, the KKPoker Cooler Jackpot is only eligible on NLH, AOF, PLO5, PLO6 & 6+ poker cash game tables.

How is the Cooler Jackpot triggered?

The Cooler Jackpot is triggered when, in a hand that reaches showdown, at least two players each show a Cooler Jackpot eligible Hand (i.e., meeting the minimum qualifying hand for the applicable table types as set out above).
Prizes will only be awarded to players who opted in to the Cooler Jackpot promotion before the hand is played.”

How do players opt in?

Players can opt in to the KKPoker Jackpots via the pop-up upon logging in to the app. Or tap the Jackpot widget to open the Jackpop pop-up, then tap Opt in.
Jackpot fees in eligible cash games will be automatically deducted from every hand played.

What happens if a player stands up?

Players who stand up or leave the table before the hand ends will not qualify for the prize, regardless of any Cooler Jackpot Fee paid at the start of the hand.

What if players didn’t opt in?

They are not eligible for any Jackpot prizes.
