NZL Society Battle Event Rules

Event Period: 28 September 2023 19:00 (GMT+13) to 6 November 2023 22:00 (GMT+13)
This Event is only available to players in the region of New Zealand (according to ID verification) (Qualifying Player) during the Event Period.
During the Event Period, all Qualifying Players will see a team selection pop-up message once every day that will allow them to join one of eight teams, namely: Team 4Kingz, Team BIA, Team Rotorua Citizen’s Club, Team Norty North, Team SAW, Team Runner Runner, Team EBOP Poker, and Team Snakepit.
Qualifying Players who have chosen their team cannot change their decision afterwards and the team selection pop-up message will no longer appear for them.
During the Event Period, Qualifying Players will have the opportunity to obtain ranking points (Team Points) for the team they choose to represent by participating in $1,000 Society Battle tournaments (Tournaments).

The top 15 Qualifying Players from each of the Tournaments will be ranked and will be awarded with Team Points for the team to which they belong, according to the following table:-

The Team Points will be accumulated during the Event Period and will be shown on a leaderboard (Leaderboard). The team that has the most Team Points after the end of the last Tournament will be the winning team.
Qualifying Players from the winning team will be awarded with a 7 Days VIP Platinum Card, and Qualifying Players from the winning team who have played in at least one Tournament for their team will be awarded with an NZD$5,000 Live Freeroll (Freeroll) ticket (Ticket) immediately after the last Tournament has concluded.
When more than one ranked team is tied in Team Points after the last Tournament has concluded, ranking priority will be determined according to which team obtains a higher number of Team Points in the second last Tournament. If there is still a tie, ranking priority will then be determined by which team obtains a higher number of Team Points in the previous Tournament, and so on.
The Ticket can only be used for registering for the Freeroll and cannot be exchanged for in-app credits, other in-app items or other items of cash value. Any unused Ticket that expires will be forfeited and the Qualifying Players will not be compensated.
The Team Points serve as a Leaderboard ranking indicator only and have no cash value.
KKPoker may amend the schedule and details of any Tournament in this Event at any time without notification to players.
Any suspected fraudulent or prohibited behaviour found engaged by players may result in their awards being forfeited and their KKPoker accounts being blocked.
KKPoker reserves the right, at any time, to alter these terms without notifications to players at its sole discretion. In case of any disputes in relation to this Event and/or these terms, KKPoker shall have the final decision and the right of final interpretation in these terms.

Mongolian Weekly Wall of Fame Event Rule

Event Period: Start from 2023/04/21 00:00 (GMT+8)
This Event is only available to players in the region of Mongolia (according to ID verification) (Qualifying Players).
Starting from 00:00 (GMT+8) of every Friday to 00:00 (GMT+8) of the following Friday, Qualifying Players who have won over $1000 in a single MTT from KKPoker's lobby will be listed on the Mongolian Weekly Wall of Fame (Wall) which will be updated and announced via FB@KKPoker Mongolia and TG@KKPokerMN every Monday during the Event Period.
Each Qualifying Player who has been listed on the Wall for two consecutive weeks will be awarded with a FREE $100 Ticket and other gift(s) which will be further announced from time to time (collectively the “Prizes”).
Each Qualifying Player can only win the Prizes once in each calendar month during the Event Period.
The Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for in-app credits, in-app items or other items of cash value from KKPoker.
Any suspected fraudulent or prohibited behaviour found engaged by players may result in their bonus being forfeited and their KKPoker accounts being suspended.
KKPoker reserves the right to cancel this Event at any time without prior notice.
All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of KKPoker.

Event Period: 17 September 2023 20:00 (GMT+2) to 4 November 2023 23:59 (GMT+2)
This Event is available to players in the region of Albania, Armenia, Austria, Croatian, Cyprus, Finland, Georgia Ireland, Latvia, Macedonia, Moldova, Norway, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Ukraine only (according to ID Verification) (Qualifying Players).

A Qualifying Player who qualifies from each tournament in the Event will automatically receive the prizes in their Backpack immediately according to their ranks after that corresponding tournament has concluded.
Prizes details:
a. A PPC Package (which is worth around US$ 370) includes:-
i. a PPC Main Event Buy In Ticket;
ii. a PPC Side Event Buy In Ticket; and
iii. 3 nights of accommodation arrangement in Hotel Tatra (a 4-star hotel).
b. A Step-1 Ticket can be used for registering for a Buy-in Satellite.
c. A Step-2 Ticket can be used for registering for any tournaments in the 1st Main Events, 2nd Main Events, or 3rd Main Events (together, the “Main Events”).
d. The redemption of the PPC Package and the PPC Main Event Entry Ticket are subject to the terms and conditions of the PPC Package voucher and the PPC Main Event Entry Ticket voucher (together, the “Vouchers”) respectively.
e. The accommodation arrangement is provided by the organizer of PPC and therefore is subject to the terms and conditions specified by PPC. The organizer of PPC may also reserve the right to change the date, time, or location of the event, or to cancel the event or any part of it, for any reason, without prior notice. KKPoker will not be responsible for any loss of the Qualifying Players or any costs or expenses incurred by the Qualifying Players as a result of such changes or cancellations.
f. For Qualifying Players who obtain more than one Step-1 Ticket, the extra ticket(s) can be used for registering for different Buy-in Satellites or used to rebuy for the same Buy-in Satellite. For Qualifying Players who obtain more than one Step-2 Ticket, the extra tickets can be used for registering for different Main Events or used to rebuy for the same Main Event.
g. Any unused Step-1 Ticket, Step-2 Ticket, or Vouchers that expires will be forfeited and will not be compensated. They cannot be exchanged for in-app credits, in-app items, or other items of cash value from KKPoker.

6. KKPoker is not responsible for any matters in relation to the Qualifying Players’ visa application.

7. By participating in any tournament in this Event, the PPC Main Event and/or the PPC Side Event, a Qualifying Player agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless KKPoker, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, from any damages whatsoever, including any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with his/her participation in the PPC Main Event and/or the PPC Side Event.

8. By participating in any tournament in this Event, the PPC Main Event and/or the PPC Side Event, a Qualifying Player:
a. confirms that the name, date of birth, email address and other information associated with his/her KKPoker account are accurate;
b. irrevocably grants KKPoker and third parties acting on its behalf, all rights, consents, and license necessary to enable KKPoker to use his/her name, user ID, nickname and other information associated with his/her KKPoker account for the purpose of registering for the PPC Main Event and/or the PPC Side Event; and
c. agrees and acknowledges that the use of the information in 8(b) is subject to KKPoker Privacy Policy.

9. Qualifying Players must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in the applicable jurisdictions (whichever is greater) to play in any tournament in this Event, the PPC Main Event and/or the PPC Side Event. Please note that even if a Player is 18 years of age or has reached the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction that he/she resides, he/she may not be able to participate in the PPC Main Event and/or the PPC Side Event if he/she is below the legal age of majority in the location where the PPC Main Event and the PPC Side Event is held.

10. KKPoker reserves the right, at any time, to alter these terms without notification to players at its sole discretion, including to cancel, modify or suspend any tournament in this Event if at its sole discretion, it believes that the tournament(s) is/are not capable of being conducted as specified.

11. In case of any disputes in relation to this Event and/or these terms, KKPoker shall have the final decision and the right of final interpretation in these terms.

2023 Halloween Event Rules

Event Period: 23 October, 2023, 00:00 (GMT+0) to 31 October, 2023, 12:30 (GMT+0)
This event is available to all players.
During the event, each player can choose one avatar and receive a HALLOWEEN avatar frame. The selected avatar will be displayed during our Halloween-themed MTTs.
Players can only participate in the Halloween-themed MTTs after selecting their avatars.
Players can obtain candies from missions, Halloween-themed MTTs, and spiders in the lobby.
In the event page, players can select either Trick or Treat by using the candies they collected.
Each player can use up to 3 Tricks per day (00:00-23:59, GMT+0), with a cost of 100 Candies per Trick.

Unless otherwise specified in these rules, no awarded in-app items can be exchanged for in-app credits, other in-app items, or other items, regardless of whether such items are of cash value. Any unused Candy after the Event Period shall be forfeited, and the player will not be compensated.
Any probability percentages that you see are on an individual basis and are not cumulative. That means that the selection of each Trick is an independent event; selecting a Trick multiple times or Tricks being selected by other players does not change the likelihood of you being awarded any item. For example, if you flip a coin three times and get heads each time, you still have a 50% chance of getting heads if you flip the coin again.
If by reason of data corruption, system malfunction, or any other technical errors, more prizes are claimed than the number as set forth in these rules based on the published odds of winnings of this event, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question.
Any suspected fraudulent or prohibited behavior found engaged by players may result in their awards being forfeited and their KKPoker accounts blocked.

KKPOKER LIVE MONTREAL 2023 Qualifier Satellites and Main Event Day 1 Rules

Event Period: 31 October 2023 20:00 (GMT-4) to 16 November 2023 23:59 (GMT-5)
This Event is available to players in Canada (according to ID Verification information) only (Qualifying Players).
The “KKPOKER LIVE MONTREAL 2023” qualifier satellites consist of four freeroll Satellites (one LIVE MTL KICKOFF and three LIVE MTL $200 FREE; collective, “Freeroll Satellites”), and four buy-in satellites (collectively, “Buy-in Satellites”).
The “KKPOKER LIVE MONTREAL 2023” online main event consists of “LIVE MONTREAL ONLINE DAY 1A”, “LIVE MONTREAL ONLINE DAY 1B”, “LIVE MONTREAL ONLINE DAY 1C”, and “LIVE MONTREAL DAY 1D (collectively, the “Main Event Day 1”).
Subject to verification, a Qualifying Player who qualifies from a Freeroll Satellite or a Buy-in Satellite, will automatically receive one Main Event Day 1 ticket (Day 1 Ticket) in his/her Backpack immediately after that Freeroll Satellite or Buy-in Satellite has concluded.
A Qualifying Player can register for a Buy-in Satellite:
i. with the corresponding tickets that he/she is awarded from other in-app missions and tournaments outside of the Event; or
ii. with direct buy-in of the required amount.
A Qualifying Player can register for the Main Event Day 1:
i. with the corresponding Day 1 Tickets that he/she is awarded from a Freeroll Satellite or a Buy-in Qualifier Satellite;
ii. with the corresponding tickets that he/she is awarded from other in-app missions and tournaments outside of the Event; or
iii. with direct buy-in of the required amount.
A Qualifying Player who has registered for a Buy-in Satellite or a Main Event Day 1 and wishes to cancel their registration must do so at least 1 minute before the starting time of the corresponding tournaments. If the Qualifying Player successfully unregisters within this timeframe, any registration fee paid, Buy-in Satellite ticket, or Day 1 Ticket used will be returned to their KKPoker account or Backpack. Failure to unregister on time will result in no compensation for the registration fee paid or the ticket used.
Subject to verification, a Qualifying Player who is qualified for a seat to participate in “LIVE MONTREAL DAY 2” from a Main Event Day 1 tournament will receive a notification email and/or in-app message confirming their eligibility within 24 hours after that corresponding tournament has concluded. The participation in “LIVE MONTREAL DAY 2”, however, is subject to the separate terms and conditions.
Any unused tickets that expire will be forfeited and will not be compensated.
Day 1 Tickets are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for in-app credits, in-app items or other items of cash value from KKPoker.
By participating in the Freeroll Satellites, the Buy-in Satellites, the Main Event Day 1 and/or LIVE MONTREAL DAY 2, a Qualifying Player agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless KKPoker, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever, including any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with his/her participation in LIVE MONTREAL DAY 2.
For Qualifying Players who obtain more than one Day 1 Ticket, the extra Day 1 Ticket(s) can be used for registering different Main Event Day 1 tournament(s) or used to rebuy for the same tournament.
For Qualifying Players who are qualified for more than one seat to participate in LIVE MONTREAL DAY 2 via the Main Event Day 1, only the record of the better result will be used to register for LIVE MONTREAL DAY 2. Such seats are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for in-app credits, in-app items or other items of cash value from KKPoker.
By participating in the Freeroll Satellites, the Buy-in Satellites, the Main Event Day 1 and/or LIVE MONTREAL DAY 2, a Qualifying Player:
i. confirms that the name, date of birth, email address and other information associated with his/her KKPoker account are accurate;
ii. agrees that he/she, who is qualified for a seat to participate the LIVE MONTREAL DAY 2 will be deemed to be the person who played and won the Freeroll Satellites, Buy-in Satellites and/or the Main Event Day 1, and he/she must be the one who attends the LIVE MONTREAL DAY 2, if he/she chooses to attend;
iii. irrevocably grants KKPoker and third parties acting on its behalf, all rights, consents and licenses necessary to enable KKPoker to use his/her name, date of birth, email address, user ID, nickname and other information associated with his/her KKPoker account for the purpose of registering for the LIVE MONTREAL DAY 2; and
iv. agrees and acknowledges that the use of the information in 15(iii) is subject to KKPoker Privacy Policy.
All Qualifying Players are subject to Level 2 ID Verification requirements prior to any game play.
Qualifying Players must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in the applicable jurisdictions (whichever is greater) to play in the Freeroll Satellites, the Buy-in Satellites, the Main Event Day 1 and/or the LIVE MONTREAL DAY 2.
