PAST MILLIONS CHAMPIONS
In 2025, the $100K GLORY CLASSIC took center stage, with 337 players taking part. For the winner, a $16,855 prize awaited, and the lucky receipent was DZAKE.
For DZAKE, who enjoys the best of worlds, playing poker for fun and competiting as a professional sportsman, the March Millions was another opportunity to compete for riches. Having won his ticket via a satellite tournament, he needed his wealth of experience and some luck to become a champion.
“I started the tournament pretty bad, losing 60bb in the first hand, but I came back quickly and made a good stack. For the next 3 hours I maintained a top 15 stack.
“When there were around 70 players left, I went down to 10bb, but I very quickly doubled up twice within 5 hands!
“When there were 3 players left, I had a 40/60 all in where I hit top pair and had an up and down straight draw. It was KTo vs AQo and the flop fell KQJ, the turn came a T and I lost my chip lead position.
“I got a little tilted in the moment, but the next hand was crucial where I had pocket 77 all in vs QQ and I hit the magic 7!”
And his advice to aspiring poker champions?
“Just believe in yourself, keep practicing and the run will come eventually! :)”
During the 2024 event, SNOWAY was another big winner!
Snoway took full advantage of the boosted tournament prize pools buy adapting their playing schedule to make their dreams come true.
“During the tournament, I played in the morning, which is unusual for me, but it was smooth. In the final stretch, I managed to accumulate a lot of chips and put pressure on opponents, which allowed me to clinch the victory.
“I plan to continue playing regularly online and participate in more live tournaments if the opportunity arises. Thanks to KKPoker, I have already participated in a live event and plan to participate again if possible. It would be a dream to play in the biggest live poker event in Las Vegas.”
Snoway’s advice to poker players: “Study the final stages of the tournament, stay calm, and don’t let anxiety take over.”
